Lamondance - Season 15, 16 Contemporary Dance Major BFA - completed in June 2022 Simon Fraser University Trained in various contemporary and ballet styles including, Cunningham technique with Meghan Walker-Straight and Gaga for one year with Margarida Macieira. Has also learned under the instruction of Robert Kitsos, Judith Garay, Marla Eist, and Henry Daniel. Studio Dance Caulfield School of Dance Throughout high school, Andrea trained in numerous commercial styles including Ballet and Contemporary with Cori Caulfield, Tap and Lyrical with Hailley Caulfield Postle, Jazz and Hip Hop with Lauren Taylor. Also has trained in Musical Theatre under the instruction of Dr. Gina Oh. Andrea completed her Royal Academy of Dance Intermediate Vocational Examination and was a member of the Professional Training Division for the last three years of her training at Caulfield School of Dance, and competed in all styles of dance in groups, and in Ballet as a soloist. Ballet and Folklore Academia de Ballet Fanny Montiel (Venezuela) Starting at age 6, Andrea trained under the instruction of Fanny Montiel in Ballet and Venezuelan Folklore Dance until she immigrated to Canada in 2011. |
